FileZilla Connection issues

FileZilla has some connection issues. Two possible solutions are: https://www.000webhost.com/forum/t/filezilla-wont-connect/57712/7 use Plain FTP. The other is a timing issue. Set the timeout to 0 (default is 20) which disables the timeout.
