We perform daily backups to a secondary drive installed on the server, used exclusively for performing backups.
At anyone time there are 3 backups of your site.
Daily Backups are done daily.
Weekly backups are done once a week and the age of the weekly backup will be from 0 to 6 days, depending on the day the weekly backup was done.
Monthly backups are done once a month and the age of the monthly backup will be from 0 to 30 days old depending on the day the monthly backup was done.
These backups are a courtesy and shouldn't be relied on in case of a catastrophic failure of the sever which includes both the primary drive (main drive that holds your website) and the backup drive (used only for backups).
We also offer off server backups. Rates are $1 per gig and sold in 5 gig increments. Minimum purchase price would be $5. Backups are done daily and backup retention is 7 days, so you will have 7 backups available.
There is a $20 charge for restoring your account from a backup or any files/databases from a backup, if requesting a file or database from one of your backups.
