For Subdomains
In cpanel Click on domains, then click Create A New Domain on the right side of the page, type in the subdomain (subdomain.mydomain.com)
uncheck Share document root then hit submit.
For Addon domains
In Cpanel, Click on domains, then Create A New Domain on the right side of the page, type in the domain (mydomain.com) DO NOT put http, https, or www
uncheck Share document root then hit submit.
